A Japanese lantern, but in French linen with black dots: the Yumi by Nobodinoz is a linen lantern pendant light with a surprisingly soft look. The top is finely pleated, a ring in the middle gives it its shape, and at the bottom the fabric is tied together with a little black ribbon. That bow completes the look.
The dots aren't lined up neatly, but dance in little clusters across the fabric, as if someone had stamped them on by hand. When the lamp is on, the linen glows warmly and the dots become a kind of play of shadows.
With a diameter of 50 cm and a height of 30 cm, the Yumi is a generously sized lamp. It's from the Home collection by Nobodinoz, but I can just as easily see it hanging in a calm child's or teenager's bedroom as above the dining table. A lamp that combines softness and character, and one you won't tire of quickly.
