GENERAL CONDITIONS – KIDSBARN

1. About Kidsbarn

Kidsbarn is a Dutch online store specialized in children's room interiors, with a range of wallpaper, decoration, furniture and accessories.

2. Applicability

These conditions apply to all orders placed with Kidsbarn.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. The offer

We do our best to describe and depict our products as clearly as possible.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings — if in doubt, order a sample.

All prices include VAT.

4. The agreement

An order is final as soon as you complete it and we have confirmed your order by email.

Kidsbarn may refuse an order if there is a clear error, for example price or stock errors.

5. Delivery time & shipping

We ship as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are stated on the product pages.

If there is a delay, we will let you know.
Can we not deliver your order? Then you will receive your money back.

The risk passes to you as soon as the package has been delivered to the address you specified.

6. Right of withdrawal (standard products)

A cooling-off period applies to all products that are not custom-made 14 days from the moment of receipt.

During the cooling-off period you can view the product as you would in a store.
Use that goes beyond necessary can lead to depreciation.

Return costs are at your own expense.

7. No right of withdrawal for wallpaper, wall stickers and borders

Some products are made especially for you.
That's why these are possible cannot be returned:

  • wallpaper (produced to order)

  • wall stickers

  • wall borders

  • wallpaper samples/samples

These are printed to size and per order and fall under the legal exception for customization.

This is always clearly stated on the product page.

8. Returns of standard products

Do you want to return a product that is covered by the right of withdrawal?

  1. Report the return within 14 days of receipt by email

  2. Return the products within 14 days

  3. Make sure items are unused, complete and in original condition

After receipt, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

9. Complaints & warranty

We stand for the quality of our products.
Do you have a complaint? Email us and add photos.

We are happy to solve it together.

Warranty is in accordance with legal requirements.

Please note:
Damage due to incorrect use, installation or an unsuitable surface (e.g. wallpaper) is not covered by the warranty.

10. Prices & payment

All prices include VAT.
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other.

Payment can be made via the payment options offered on the website.

11. Liability

Kidsbarn is not liable for damage caused by:

  • incorrect use of products

  • incorrect installation

  • color differences due to surface or screen settings

  • incorrectly communicated measurements for custom-made products

  • delays by carriers

Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order.

12.Privacy

We handle your data with care.

13. Force majeure

If there are circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, transport problems or disruptions), this may affect delivery.

14. Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
