Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about a product or about our service? First let us know by e-mail, so that we can look for a solution together. 
Are we not coming out together? Then you can register the dispute at Webwinkelkeur Foundation For mediation.
Have you not registered your complaint anywhere else? Then you can also register your complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform, which you can find on http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Warranty

Of course we try to deliver your order to you in the best possible way. Unfortunately it can still happen that a package has not arrived in the right way. Let us know by e-mail (info@kidsbarn.nl), because you can probably just claim a guarantee.
From a legal point of view, you have two months to make a report of this, after finding the defect. If it does indeed fall within the warranty, then we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
