Returning items

With us you can exchange and return everything (except items specially made for you) within 14 days and you can easily arrange it yourself via our return portal! A small contribution is charged for the return.

Then you also have 14 days to return the package, so no rush! We would like to receive the return complete, so preferably in the original packaging with all accessories. Do you have questions? Ask them via info@kidsbarn.nl.

Returning furniture

Most furniture is not in stock and we order it especially for you. Are you still not satisfied with your purchase? Please contact us first so that we can find a solution together.

Refund

After receiving your package, we will refund your purchase amount (including shipping costs) within 5 working days.
