Shipping

Delivery time

Most orders are shipped within 1–2 working days. For furniture and custom-produced wallpaper, this may take longer — this is always stated on the product page.

Free shipping from €65,— (excluding furniture, for which separate rates apply per item).

Note for international orders

For orders outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on country and weight. In some cases — for example, with heavy or large items — we will contact you after your order to confirm the exact shipping costs. We always do this before shipping, so you are never surprised. You can then decide whether to proceed with the order.

Can be selected during checkout. A nice detail for a gift!

Returns

What can you return?

For stock items, you have 14 days to reconsider from receipt. The product must be unused, complete, and in its original condition.

What does a return cost?

We charge a contribution per return: €3,— (NL), €7.50 (BE & DE), €12.50 (rest of Europe). After approval, you will receive a payment link and the label by email.

How to register a return?

1. Log in to your account at kidsbarn.nl/account with your email address
2. You will receive a six-digit code by email — enter it
3. Click ‘Request return’ on your order
4. Select the items and briefly state the reason
5. Submit your request

After approval, you will receive a payment link and your return label. Download the label, stick it on the package, and send it. Keep your shipping proof and track & trace code until the return is processed.

Refund

Within 5 working days after receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount via your original payment method.

Non-returnable

The following products are specially produced per order and therefore cannot be returned:

• Wallpaper
• Wall stickers & wall borders
• Samples/swatches
• Custom-made furniture

This is always clearly stated on the product page. These products fall under the legal exception for custom-made items.

Returning furniture

Many furniture items are specially ordered for you or shipped directly from the supplier. Want to return a piece of furniture? Please contact us first at info@kidsbarn.nl, and we will find a solution together.

Outside the EU

Do you live outside the EU? Unfortunately, we cannot create a return label. You can arrange your return yourself — the costs will be at your own expense, including any customs or import fees. Once your return arrives with us, we will process the refund.
