Shipping

Delivery time

Orders are coming in 1–2 business days shipped unless otherwise stated.
(Exceptions: furniture and wallpaper produced to order.)

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: € 5,95

  • Europe: € 9,95

  • Rest of the world: calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping from € 65,-
    (Furniture excluded; separate rates apply per item.)

  • 🌍 International shipping

    Shipping costs will be charged for orders outside Europe automatically calculated during checkout, based on country and package weight.

Returning stock items

There is a cooling-off period for stock items 14 days.
You can easily register these products via our returns portal.
We charge a personal contribution for the return label.

After registration you have: 14 days to return the package.

  • unused

  • original condition and packaging

  • complete with accessories

Non-returnable (custom)

The following products are produced per order and are excluded from returns:

  • wallpaper

  • wall stickers

  • wall borders

  • samples/swatches

Why custom work cannot be returned

Wallpaper, wall stickers, wall borders and samples are available specially produced per order.
These items are only printed once an order has been placed and are not stored as stock items.

By this method:

  • every product has one unique print batch

  • becomes the article specifically for the customer produced

  • it can be done not to be resold or used

Therefore, these products fall under the legal exception for customization and can cannot be returned.

Return furniture

Many pieces of furniture are specially ordered for you or shipped directly from the supplier.
Do you want to return a piece of furniture? Please contact us in advance info@kidsbarn.nl.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will pay 5 working days the amount back via the original payment method.

Duty of care

Always keep the shipping receipt and the track & trace code until the return has been processed.
