What payment methods are available?

You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, bank transfer, and pay later via Klarna. Of course, all completely secure!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is €5.95. From €65,— shipping is free (excluding furniture).

For the rest of Europe, the standard shipping price is €9.95. Outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated based on country and weight.

Note: for heavy or large items, we may contact you after your order to confirm the exact shipping costs — always before shipping, so you can decide yourself.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days for all items in stock. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

For some items (such as furniture or wallpaper), a longer delivery time may apply — this is stated on the product page.

How can I exchange or return a product?

Returns can be made within 14 days via your account on kidsbarn.nl. Log in, go to your order, and click ‘Request Return’. After approval, you will receive a payment link and your return label. We charge a contribution per return: €3,— (NL), €7.50 (BE & DE), €12.50 (rest of Europe).

Want to exchange a product? Please contact us at info@kidsbarn.nl so we can handle it properly.

Do you live outside the EU? Then you can arrange your return yourself — costs are at your own expense.

How do I revoke my agreement?

If you want to formally revoke a purchase, please use our revocation form via kidsbarn.nl/apps/widerruf. You can also find the link in the footer of our website. After receipt, we will confirm your revocation and arrange further processing.

Which products cannot be returned?

Wallpaper, wall stickers, wall borders, samples/swatches, and custom-made furniture are produced specifically per order. These fall under the legal exception for custom work and cannot be returned. This is always stated on the product page.

I have a complaint, what now?

That's unfortunate! Send us an email at info@kidsbarn.nl and preferably include photos. We will address it as soon as possible and resolve it together.

What are my warranty rights?

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law. In case of a defect or fault, you have the right to repair, replacement, or — if that is not possible — a refund. Damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly is not covered.

How can I reset my password?

Go to kidsbarn.nl/account and click ‘Forgot Password’. You will then receive an email with instructions.

Do you also offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can select this during checkout.
