Which payment methods are possible?

With us you can pay with iDeal, Creditcard, PayPal, Bancontact, Bank transfer and pay afterwards via Klarna, of course completely safe!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is € 4.95, for orders from € 50,- shipping is free.
For Belgian and German customers, the standard shipping is € 4.95 and above € 50 free.

How quickly will my order be sent?

Orders will be sent within 1-2 business days. Orders made during the weekend will be sent the next working day.

For some items (for example furniture) a longer delivery time may apply, this is then stated separately on the product page.

I have a complaint, what now?

How can I exchange or return a product?

If you want to exchange or return a product, you can do it with us within 14 days return portal. We ensure rapid handling and ensure that your money is returned immediately (if applicable). If you want to exchange a product, please contact us first for the correct handling.
Incidentally, returning is always free!

How can I reset the password of my account?

If you go to the login page, you can click on 'Forgot password'. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
