Which payment methods are possible?

With us you can pay with iDeal, Credit Card, Paypal, Bancontact, bank transfer and pay afterwards via Klarna, of course completely safe!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is €5.95, shipping is free for orders over €65.
For Belgian and German customers, standard shipping is €5.95 and free above €65.
For furniture and larger items, tailor-made shipping costs apply based on the size and weight of the furniture in the Netherlands and abroad. 

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days for all in-stock items. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

Some items (for example furniture or wallpaper samples) may require a longer delivery time, which will be stated separately on the product page.

I have a complaint, what now?

How can I exchange or return a product?

If you want to exchange or return a product, you can do so within 14 days return portal. We ensure fast processing and ensure that your money is returned immediately (if applicable). If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first for proper handling.
A small personal contribution is requested for returns. In the Netherlands that is 3 euros per return. 

How can I reset my account password?

When you go to the login page, you can click on 'forgot your password'. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
