Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How many colors is Moon available in?

Moon comes in many colors, from soft and understated to bold. Feel free to order a few samples to compare.

How many rolls do I need?

One roll contains 2 strips, each 50 cm wide, so one roll covers 1 meter of wall width. A wall that is 3 meters wide requires 3 rolls. For a pattern, it's best to order a little extra.

Can I return the wallpaper?

No, this wallpaper is printed especially for you and is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Unsure about the color? Order a wallpaper sample first.

Printed to order

This wallpaper is printed especially for you. Because every order is custom-made, rolls cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each print run is unique, which means slight colour variations may occur. We therefore recommend ordering all the rolls you need at once.

Did something arrive damaged or is there an issue with your delivery? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help.
