Frequently asked questions

Is brown plaid wallpaper suitable for a nursery?
Yes, the brown tones are soft and warm. They give a nursery a cozy, comforting feel without making it feel heavy.

What colors go with Check Brown?
Cream, natural wood, and cognac as a base. Sage or olive green and a touch of soft blue add lovely accents.

Can I use this wallpaper only on the lower half of the wall?
Yes, with the 140 cm width. Brown plaid on the lower half with a cream wall above creates the look of classic wainscoting.

How do I install this wallpaper?
It is not self-adhesive. Use water-based wallpaper paste and make sure the checks line up neatly.

About the brand

In the Check series by Dekornik, brown is the warmest color, and I love it. It brings to mind a checked wool blanket in a mountain cabin. I chose it for parents who want a nursery that feels as cozy as a Sunday afternoon.
