Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What makes the owl wallpaper special?

The owls are hand-painted and feature playful details, such as colorful feet.

How many rolls do I need?

One roll consists of 2 strips, each 50 cm wide, so one roll covers 1 meter of wall width. A wall that is 3 meters wide requires 3 rolls. When using a pattern, it’s best to order a little extra.

Can I return the wallpaper?

No, this wallpaper is printed especially for you and is therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. Unsure about the color? Order a wallpaper sample first.

Printed to order

This wallpaper is printed especially for you. Because every order is custom-made, rolls cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each print run is unique, which means slight colour variations may occur. We therefore recommend ordering all the rolls you need at once.

Did something arrive damaged or is there an issue with your delivery? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help.
