About the designer
Aniek Bartels is a Dutch illustrator and designer, known for her playful, colorful and often animal themes. Her work always tells a story – whether it is on paper, fabric or wallpaper. With her first collaboration with Meet Me at the Wall, the popular moth wallpaper, she immediately won hearts. Now she continues that line with the collection Where Nature Plays, in which the owl plays a central role. Every detail, from the hand-painted feathers to the vibrant colors, bears her recognizable signature.
