Racing green refers to the color of old British racing cars, and that nostalgic feeling is also captured in this wallpaper. This cream striped wallpaper features broad green bands, with fine red and blue lines on both sides. The result looks like a vintage racing flag or a classic club shirt.

The light base makes this version feel fresh and open, while the green stripes provide plenty of character. It is a design that works for a baby, a young child, or a teenager. It is also ideal when two children share a room, because these colors suit everyone.

Would you rather use green as the main color? Then take a look at College Stripe Cream & Green, where the proportions are exactly reversed. Choose from matte non-woven wallpaper, vinyl with a textile texture, or peel & stick.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between this and College Stripe Cream & Green?
They are mirror images of each other. Cream & Green has a green base with cream stripes and orange-blue pinstripes. This Racing Green has a cream base with green stripes and red and blue pinstripes.

Is this wallpaper suitable for a room shared by two children?
Yes, very much so. Green, red, and blue are neutral, classic colors that suit every child. Everyone can give it a personal touch with their own bedding and accessories.

Can I combine this with other Atelier Florentine wallpaper?
Absolutely. Regatta features the same red, green, and blue shades, making it a perfect match for another wall. The other College Stripes also work well in an adjoining space, such as a landing.

Which furniture goes with green and cream striped wallpaper?
Natural wood and rattan create a warm, classic look. White-painted furniture keeps it fresh. A red or blue accent, such as a lamp or cushion, completes the look.

How many strips do I need?
Each strip is 50 cm wide, and you determine the height. Measure the width of your wall, add 10 cm on both sides, and divide by 50. For sloping walls or many windows, the classic roll is more practical.

Brand story
Atelier Florentine has developed College Stripe in several colors, each with its own atmosphere. For this version, the Amsterdam studio chose green with red and blue, a combination reminiscent of vintage racing cars and club colors. For the entire collection, the brand drew inspiration from the look of colleges: timeless, slightly bold, and always neatly polished. In a child's room, this translates into a stripe that works for all ages.
