Pink on pink, and it works surprisingly well. This scalloped wallpaper in pink combines broad bands in a warm, deep pink-red with lighter salmon-pink stripes. The arches along the edges are outlined with a cream line, and a row of small red dots follows each curve. The overall effect feels like an old-fashioned candy shop or a vintage dress: sweet, but with depth.

Because all the colors come from the same family, this is one of the calmest versions of Bobbin Stripes. No harsh contrasts, just plenty of warmth. Ideal for a room that should feel cozy, or for anyone who loves pink but wants something a little more grown-up than baby pink.

Bobbin Stripes is also available in blue and green. Choose between matte non-woven wallpaper, vinyl with a textile texture, or peel & stick.

Frequently asked questions

Will a pink children's room quickly become too sugary?
Not with this shade. The pink-red has a warm, almost earthy undertone, giving it more of a vintage feel than a candy-like one. Combine it with wood and linen to keep the look stylish.

What exact color is this Bobbin Stripes?
The brand calls this color Burgundy, but in person it is more of a warm pink-red than a dark burgundy. The light stripes are salmon pink with a cream border. Colors may vary on screens, so take a look at the atmosphere photos too.

What can I pair with pink striped wallpaper?
Cream, natural wood, and rattan bring out the pink beautifully. For contrast, you can add olive green or ochre yellow, for example in a cushion or bedding. This immediately makes it feel less sweet.

Can this wallpaper also work in an older child's room?
Yes. Because it does not feature any characters or figures, it is a design that grows easily with your child. With different furniture and accessories, a nursery can quickly become a room for a school-age child or teenager.

Is peel & stick suitable if I want to remove the wallpaper later?
Yes, that is what it is designed for. Peel & stick is self-adhesive and easier to remove than regular wallpaper. Just make sure the wall is smooth and clean before you begin.

Brand story
Atelier Florentine has a clear love of color, and you can see it in the way they develop one design in multiple moods. In their Amsterdam studio, they chose a palette for this Bobbin Stripes that stays entirely within the pink family. The result is wallpaper that radiates warmth and coziness, with the same handmade details as the other colorways: soft arches, delicate dots, and a stripe with just a little more to say.
