Check Navy Blue by Dekornik is a stylish choice for a child’s room, and especially a beautiful foundation for a boy’s room. The deep navy blue is classic and chic, but not too dark, giving the room a warm and peaceful feel.

Thanks to the 8.5 cm check pattern, it looks playful yet timeless. Pair it with white or light gray wainscoting, or light wooden furniture, for a fresh, balanced room. A red or ochre yellow accent completes the look.

Frequently asked questions

Won’t a navy check be too dark?
This navy blue is deep but not heavy. With light wainscoting or white furniture, the room stays fresh and balanced.

How do I pair Check Navy with wainscoting?
Choose the 140 cm drop above or below white or light gray wainscoting. It creates a classic, almost English look.

Is there also a shorter drop of this wallpaper?
Yes, besides the 280 cm drop, there’s a 140 cm-high drop, ideal for a half-height wall or an alcove.

Can I see the color in person first?
Yes, there’s a separate sample. That’s especially useful with dark colors, as they look different in low light.

Dekornik also made the Check in a navy blue version, and it immediately feels like a classic. I chose it for bold children's rooms that can still be stylish. Navy and white is a combination that never goes out of style, making this wallpaper a safe bet with character.
