She has been an artist for years until she designed and sold her first wallpaper prints in 2013. She loves creating small magical worlds where you can retreat and uses colors and shapes that radiate both happiness and calm. Fun fact: the name Majvillan comes from the name of Charlotta's house, which is also called Majvillan. Maj comes from the word May, the month when everything comes back to life after a deep winter sleep. This month perfectly reflects what Charlotta wants to convey with her beautiful brand.

Did you know that the wallpaper is printed in the oldest wallpaper factory in Gothenburg, Sweden? This gives it a beautiful handmade look, and you can feel the color texture in the paper. Fortunately, the printing process has been completely renewed, and the factory has since received various certifications, such as Fairtrade, Organic Exchange, and Oeko-Tex. Non-woven material is used in the process, with water-based colors free of harmful substances. A nice, eco-friendly wallpaper brand!
