Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about a product or about our service? Please let us know by email first, so that we can look for a solution together.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit the dispute to Stichting Webwinkelkeur for mediation.
If you have not yet filed your complaint elsewhere, you can also file your complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform, which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .

Warranty

Of course we try to deliver your order to you in the best possible condition. Unfortunately it can still happen that a package has not arrived in the correct way. Please let us know by e-mail (info@kidsbarn.nl), because you can probably still claim warranty.
Legally, you have two months to report this after discovering the defect. If it is indeed within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
